I eat a lot of salad. I drink green tea and eat some fish for a week. I like to have my fish fried. Salmon and halibut.

The reason why I chose this diet is that I want to lose weight. I am a huge fan of yoga and I want to see if I can still do some of the poses. I have recently been suffering from a lot of stress in my life and I want to feel better. I want to get back in shape so that I can start doing something that I really enjoy.

You have to eat to lose weight and you have to eat to sustain your vitality. For me, I have to be on a diet, especially when I'm training for a race. I eat three meals a day and then I have two snacks throughout the day. I eat about 700-800 calories per meal.

I have been doing this since the middle ages and it is still the most effective way for me to lose weight. I can’t really say that there are a lot of other effective ways, you know, I have tried and I’m just not very good at it. I feel like I’m losing something when I skip meals, I lose the motivation to work out which I need. I mean, I know that a lot of people take drugs and, well, I don’t want to get into that.
