It is generally accepted that breakfast should be eaten every morning, but there are some people whose weight gain is directly related to the quality of their breakfast choices. There are some people who feel that the quality of their breakfast will be reflected in their weight. They are going to eat the right food and exercise to lose weight. Other people are going to eat the wrong food and exercise very little as it will not have an effect on their weight.

I went to the gym, and on my way, I ate a large bowl of cereal with a few pinches of peanut butter. I did not have one of my usual morning showers because I was in no mood to shower. I'm not a huge shower person, you see, but when I do go to the gym I like to have a shower afterward. Today, I wanted to be fresh at work, so I didn't shower.

Why can't we use the same breakfast to lose weight and stay healthy? I'm not sure, but I suspect that it might have to do with the fiber content in oats and the slow release of energy over the course of the day, as well as the low insulin response to these foods. But we know they are effective since the same breakfast is used by the author in other novels to provide a strong, positive message to the reader. I'm not sure what the science says, but I have found that if I eat oatmeal in the morning, I am more likely to be more active the rest of the day.

I love a good omelet. I love the omelet of eggs and cheese, which is a little bit sweet, and I love the omelet of eggs and sausage, which is a little bit spicy. But the omelet of eggs and tomatoes is my favorite because it’s the one that makes me feel like I’m having the best breakfast of my life, despite the fact that it’s a late-night treat. This is the omelet I always make when I am working on a novel, and I am in the mood for a hearty morning meal.
