Weight loss journey; The Weight Loss Journey is a story of a woman named Rachel who at the age of thirty-three, weighed in at 300 pounds and wanted to lose it. She felt she was too unhealthy, unattractive, and had the wrong diet. She felt she was about to begin her new life but decided that she needed to get rid of her excess weight before this happened. She was determined to do this and so began her weight loss journey.

The weight loss journey is a personal journey. You have your own journey, your own path, which is unique to you. You may not get on the journey for some time, but the journey begins with setting yourself the goal of losing weight or, more accurately, getting to a healthy weight. Your journey may also be influenced by your age, gender, culture, physical condition, family history, and a wide range of other factors.

Weight loss journey 

When I first started my weight loss journey, I wanted to lose weight for a good reason. I knew that I needed to lose weight for my health, but I also had a lot of other weight loss goals. I know that I will have many other weight loss goals throughout my life, but I want to take this blog and website to show other people that weight loss is possible. I also want to share my weight loss journey with you in hopes that you will lose weight for a good reason, too.
