I have a few different reasons for eating so many sweets. The first is that I have a sweet tooth and it's hard to resist them. When you're thirsty, every drink makes you thirsty, so you're always thinking about what you can have to drink. But when you're hungry, you can be hungry and still be happy.

I think I'll write about weight loss. Maybe something about the politics of the industry and how the science and the industry have been co-opted to ensure that the product stays the same. How much of what we see is being marketed as science, and how much as science-lite?
