weight loss to be concerned about
A couple of months ago I hit a bump in the road trying to lose weight – and I’ve started to worry about what will happen to my children and my career if I’m no longer able to maintain a healthy weight.'
I am currently trying to lose weight to be able to run the Berlin marathon in September. I have lost a total of ten kilograms (22.2 lbs) since the beginning of August and feel that I am still well under the amount of weight for my height. So it’s making me feel like I’m eating to fill myself, and the fact that I’m not eating as much as I should, it’s making me even more conscious of not eating as much as I should.
