why weight loss is hard
I wanted to explore my own reasons for wanting to lose weight, and what it might mean for me. I thought about the people who have been very kind to me over the years, and I thought about how I felt when I was their age. I thought about my own life, and how I want to have a happy and healthy middle age. I thought about the fact that I don’t need to be a size 0, but I do want to have a healthy body.
One of the main reasons why weight is hard to lose is simply because you’re so used to it. Our bodies have gotten used to carrying around excess weight and we can be very hard on ourselves when we notice an extra pound or two. It can be difficult to change the way we eat, exercise, and think, but you can learn to love your body now, no matter how you look. It’s not about being perfect, or even about being skinny.
Many weight-loss attempts fail. In fact, just about every person in the world who attempts to lose weight will eventually gain all of that weight back.
How would you describe the most important things in life to weight loss?
I started my career as a fitness coach and nutrition expert in my twenties, before taking my first job in digital media. I found being able to work from home was key to my health, and I’ve spent the last several years as a remote working freelancer. But all that workaholism has led to a number of health challenges.
