As I have gotten older, I have also gained more interest in health, fitness, and well-being. I have been working out consistently for several years, but I have not seen any significant weight loss. I have tried to lose weight several times, but I do not think I have ever seen a significant number of pounds drop off. I have tried to exercise more and eat better, but I have not seen any significant changes.

I have always been obsessed with losing weight and having a slim figure. I always have this urge to have a perfect body. I’m so obsessed with my body that I feel the need to look at myself in the mirror every morning and even at night and I also watch my body to see if I am gaining weight. I am always on the run trying to look for a way to lose weight.

Weight loss motivation is the motivation for losing weight. This motivation can be internal or external. It can be internal, if the desire to lose weight is strong enough, it will override your desire to eat. It can be external if the desire to eat is stronger than the desire to lose weight or it can be weak.

People who are motivated to lose weight often turn to foods that are low in calories. In addition to this, those who want to lose weight have been found in research to be more likely to use strategies that rely on self-monitoring, self-instructions, and self-reinforcement. The present research study was designed to investigate the effect of motivation on weight loss and its related practices and beliefs of overweight and obese women residing in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. A research design that combines qualitative and quantitative methodologies was used to collect data by means of a self-administered questionnaire distributed in three phases. The data were analyzed using SPSS, descriptive statistics, chi-square, and t-tests. The results of the survey show that a majority of the participants (n = 95) were motivated to lose weight and that the most commonly adopted weight loss practices were reducing the amount of food eaten, increasing the amount of physical activity and exercise, and following a diet plan.
