You'd be surprised at how many people who work on a regular basis are walking around with some type of weight problem -- be it a little extra or a lot. I know I was. So was Adriene. In fact, she was so obsessed with the idea that she made it a personal mission to make it her project.

I'm excited that I discovered the yoga and nutrition community. It's the closest thing to what I experienced in the 1960s, which included vegetarianism, meditation, and yoga. I was surprised to discover so many people who are also interested in those topics. I think I'll stick with yoga since I'll be around longer.
