Weighing less after pregnancy is something I never imagined I’d be having to do. With this baby, I’m more conscious about what I eat and what I’m eating. My pregnancy weight gain was an average of 14 pounds, but I was so shocked at how many pounds I actually lost once I had the baby. I lost my pregnancy weight in less than a month!
I’m a mum of 3, plus a new baby. I struggled with my weight after having 2 children. My diet went out the window, and I struggled with gaining the weight back. After I had my third baby, I realized I could not lose weight again.

I wanted to lose at least half a kg in the first month, so I set myself a challenge to lose 3lbs a week and I was successful. I achieved my goal in 3 weeks.
I gained 40 pounds with my first baby, and by the time I had my second, I was up to 110. I knew I’d regret it, but the baby weight came off so quickly, and the second time around it was easier to manage. Now I’m back to the weight I was before I had kids with my third child. I still struggle with gaining weight, but I’ve learned to try to eat smaller meals and drink more water.
My goal was to lose weight within 2 months.
