weight loss versus
Most of the books on Weight Loss are based on the idea that food provides the energy and fiber that your body requires. I think that that is a dangerous idea. I think that you need to focus on the importance of exercise as well as eating properly. We often read about people burning off large amounts of calories, but few of us are going to be able to do that.
There is a common misconception that weight loss and losing weight is all about losing fat. It's not. It's about losing the fat that hides your muscles and organs. If you lose too much fat, you will lose too much muscle and your bones will weaken.
The biggest obstacle to achieving that goal is not the food but our culture which tells us that losing weight is not as important as losing the fat around our bellies for example. We need to get rid of the fat, not the weight. We need to focus on the health of our bodies and not just our weight. This is the first step towards achieving a healthy lifestyle, with a healthy weight.
In my opinion, weight loss through exercise is much harder than with nutrition. I can exercise every day for two hours and do nothing but eat junk food, and I will still have a lot of fat on me. With nutrition, I can eat healthy foods, and I will have a much harder time losing weight. I can workout and eat junk food, and I will still have a lot of fat on me.
What are the benefits of weight loss for people who are overweight? What are the drawbacks? How important is it to you? What are your priorities?
