I am going on a diet to lose some weight without loose skin from a tumor, and not having to buy new clothes. I haven’t lost much weight, about 6kg. I am scared that the tumor might get worse as I have been eating more. I will be on the Biggest Loser for a month, but I want to start exercising already.

My main objective was to achieve a low weight and low body fat in a healthy way. For that, my diet was carefully controlled with the help of a nutritionist. I didn’t eat any alcohol or any food not listed on my food diary; in other words, I followed a very strict, healthy diet. I ate around 1610-1740 daily, which was a good amount of calories for me and helped me lose weight.

At the point I was down to 86 pounds, I started to lose weight. I wasn’t as obsessed with maintaining a particular weight as many people. I didn’t feel like I had to maintain anything. I wasn’t overweight, but I wasn’t overly thin either.

After trying many diets, I was inspired to try a more natural approach. I’ve been a vegetarian for about 5 years and lost ~25 pounds without loose skin. I am in the process of a natural weight loss transformation. I am working on a vegan diet, mostly protein with good fats from nuts and seeds.
